Rico D’Anvers

About This Project

Rico D’Anvers is a New Zealand BMX Representative. He is classed and ranked 2nd in New Zealand in his category of Under 16-year-olds. Rico will be competing at the World BMX Champs representing New Zealand, racing with the NZ BMX team in Rock Hill, South Carolina in July 2017.

We wanted to create a brand label that represented the Sport that Rico is mastering, as well as iconise his Kiwi Heritage. We took the First and Last letters of his name and morphed them into a Race Helmet. If you tilt the logo, you will see it morphs into a Kiwi Bird icon, thus creating a clever brand that showcases everything that we were proud to offer over as Kiwis supporting Kiwis.

We love how this brand formed and we love that it has a distinctly X-Games look at feel. Modern, bold and World Class – much like our client.
