Resetting your Website Admin Password

Here are the steps for if you forget your Password to the WP Admin Log In to your website.

1. Go to the Log On URL (usually your website address followed by a forward slash then followed by a wp-admin command. So it should look something like this: https://yourwebsiteaddress.com/wp-admin
2. When you see the Log On Interface, look to just below the Log In Fields and there is a link to "Lost Your Password?". Click on this link.
3. You will need the username or the email used for your admin access for this section. If you cannot remember this, please contact support@digitalfront.co.nz (A retrieval fee of $20.00 will be billed to you) if you have not recorded these details. Enter either your Admin Email or Username into the field and click the "Reset Password" button
4. If you have used the correct retrieval username or email address, you will receive a reset link.
5. If you are having difficulty retrieving your password, contact support@digitalfront.co.nz for assistance. Remember, a retrieval fee of $20.00 will be billed to you.
