You will be notified at least 2 weeks prior to any renewals due on your account. In most cases, we set reminders to 4 weeks in advance of any renewals. In some cases, and as instructed, we ask that you regularly check your SPAM folders as sometimes our mail ends up there. It is recommended you note the date of the first invoice you receive as this will be the renewal date of your account 2 years from posted invoice date.
If we issue any renewals, and we don’t hear from you, we will endeavor to send a text message to your mobile phone. If you have not registered a mobile phone number with us, we will try and call the phone number supplied. However, it is understood that if we don’t hear from you on all accounts, that you have decided not to renew your services, and the account itself will simply cease to exist on the cut off date and all services will be terminated from that day forth.
If you are having difficulties with payment, it is always recommended you make contact with your developer to arrange for a time extension. This will be confirmed at the time of application if this is possible.
